The conference fee includes:
- Welcome reception
- Continental breakfasts
- Box lunches during both poster sessions
- Tuesday evening conference banquet
- Refreshments during conference breaks
Guests may attend the Welcome Reception and the Banquet for an additional fee. Guests must sign up in advance and cannot purchase tickets onsite. The guest fees are:
