Please note that the room block is from 8/27 through 8/31. If you desire a room outside those dates, you will have to call the Royal Sonesta directly to add additional rooms. The BEST thing to do is to make your reservations online first within the room block dates, THEN call the Royal Sonesta to add on the additional rooms. You will have a reservation (with a confirmation number) with the confernece rate for them to modify. Room rates are available 3 days pre and post conference upon availability.
